How we evaluate, and what we found
Methodological accountability for education aimed at experienced professionals.
Education for experienced professionals should demonstrate that it does what it claims. We evaluate every course before release, against two criteria: it must achieve its stated learning objectives, and it must be rated as worth the time by the professionals it was built for. Courses that do not meet both criteria are revised until they do, or they are not released.
Results with experienced clinical trial recruiters

The broader evaluation record
Through our US affiliate, Humanitas Institute, our courses have been evaluated with more than 18,000 clinicians and healthcare professionals. In follow-up evaluations across that body of work, over 90 percent of learners reported using the strategies they learned in daily practice. We treat these results as evidence about whether the translation from research to practice succeeded, and we report them with that intent.
A note on context
The evaluation data above come from US-based professionals, because that is where the courses were developed and first used. We are establishing a European evaluation cohort so that results reflect European research settings as well. Organizations interested in participating are welcome to contact us; participating teams receive course access and a full report of the cohort findings.
